had very friendly staff, helpful and the hotel clean and comfy, would stay there again :)
Very clean,comfertable room.
Distnace from central London.
Well located near train line. Beautiful garden area to the rear of hotel
The hotel is conveniently located in zone 3 so not in the hustle and bustle of London, but still with all of London's attractions close by. All downtown attractions are a 20-25 minute underground ride away on the Picadilly line. The underground station is only 2 minutes away on foot! We found the hotel staff and the people in the immediaite vicitinty of the hotel to be very friendly and helpful .. giving suggestions, helping us find our way, the most convenient travel options, etc.The hotel has a nice garden for relaxing with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The breakfast selection was good. Free wifi and a computer were nice services too for us tourists travelling without a laptop but with a smart phone.
Room was small, but comfortable,so not really a problem.
It was a lovely experience. The room was great, spacious and very clean. We had water, tea, coffee in our room, all free of charge. For my next trip in London, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Although twenty minutes far away from center, the tube was one minute distance and we have all the connections we need - for Heathrow and town. Wonderful experience!
Nothing to complain about.
We stayed in the garden suite away from the main hotel, this was an excellent facility. We had to young Children 6yrs and 2yrs and being in a private area of the hotel made this more relaxing for us as a family. I would defiantly use this hotel again and recommend this hotel to friends and family. Note: It was a very warm weekend and the Air conditioning which was available in both rooms was excellent fully controllable by you and not the hotel great!
It was quite far out of main London (20-25 minutes on the tube which was very close to the Hotel, 2 minutes walk..if that) but this was an advantage and a disadvantage. The Hotel provided continental breakfast which was fine, and there was a Japaneses restaurant available for evening meals. This was limiting with a young family but not a problem, also it would have been nice to have room service available with lite snacks. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.
Near the tube station that allows you to reach the city center very quick
All be it very small the room was very nice, clean and well equiped. Particually liked the nespresso coffee machine supplied in the room. TV worked well. En-Suit very good and bed was very comfortable. Very quite room with not much noise from the corridor either.
Its a shame that there is only 4 car parking spaces available.
The staff were exremely accommodating! The hotel and gardens were very charming for being located so close to a busy roadway.
The room was small but this was trivial to us.
Stefano, the receptionist was specially attentive and was trying his level best to ensure my comfort. The rooms were sparkling clean with a great coffee/tea making facilities, gorgeous garden and great breakfast. I'll stay here again whenever I'm in London.
The Spanish staff at breakfast was excellent and fantastic. He is indeed a great asset. One of the best I've seen in recent times
The breakfast is very poor, there should be improvement
Really confortable beds. Fabulous shower and Crabtree &Evelyn shampoo! Very responsive staff. The garden is gorgeous and if you ask they will switch on the patio heaters for you. Breakfast is a bliss. In fact, the breakfast was so good, I got up earlier, to be able to enjoy the full experience. I like the idea of a long tray of fresh apples.
I shall definately stay here next time I am in London. Boutique chic without the 'London' price tag. Ideal location for getting into the City or Hammersmith Apollo for a concert.
i thought the hotel was very trendy, the rooms were very comfortable the staff were friendly and helpful, i really enjoyed staying there and would again.
the japanese restarant was amazing and quite well priced. laos the included breakfast was great too
